How big does my company need to be to work with VAP as an M&A advisor?

We specialize in business sales for companies with revenues between €1M and €30M. For a successful sale, we recommend a minimum profitability of around 5-10% EBIT margin. If your company achieves an EBIT margin of 15% or more, we can negotiate top conditions with buyers, often exceeding valuation expectations. We would be happy to review your financials and assess whether working together makes sense.

Can I only work with VAP if I want to sell my company immediately?

No, quite the opposite. As a preparatory measure, we offer our Virtual CFO Service. This service helps professionalize your company’s financial management, including equity, debt, and mezzanine capital financing.
