About the Author

Peter Nadolinski: Your partner for a Successful Company Sale.

For around 10 years, I have been dedicated to successfully executing company acquisitions, sales and financing.

I gained my expertise at the Frankfurt office of the renowned American investment bank Lazard and the international auditing firm KPMG. Following that, I worked at various German M&A advisory firms focused on SMEs.

In 2020, at the age of 26, I founded Venture Advisory Partners, becoming one of Germany’s youngest independent M&A advisors. Since 2022, we have successfully facilitated transactions exceeding €100 million, with an upward trend.

With my experience in transaction projects totaling more than €4.5 billion, I tirelessly work for my clients. Some of my most important insights are summarized in 12 golden rules that every business owner should follow when selling their company.
