His experience in investment banking makes him a versatile all-rounder for successful startup financing rounds and business sales. With expertise from over 40 transaction projects, including many growth companies, and a total volume exceeding €4.5 billion, he is tirelessly committed to his clients.
Before founding Venture Advisory Partners, he worked at leading investment banks and consulting firms such as Lazard, KPMG, and several M&A advisory firms focused on SMEs.
Peter holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Additionally, he specialized in Venture Finance with an Executive Degree from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
Carsten is an expert in venture finance and scaling. He has many years of experience in the areas of startup operations, strategy and venture capital.
Carsten is the CFO of Sdui and former CFO of Emma – The Sleep Company as well as Head of Portfolio at Finleap.
During his tenure at Emma, Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce startup for mattresses, Carsten led the strategic growth from €3 million to €80 million in revenue. At Finleap, he played a key role in building the company’s portfolio.
Currently, he supports startups operationally in achieving successful scaling. Carsten holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from Hochschule Rhein Main.
Daniel is an experienced serial founder with the ability to build successful companies and teams at a rapid pace.
Daniel Putsche has founded several successful companies, ranging from consulting to SaaS. His ventures include Candylabs (Digital Consulting), Horizon (Enterprise SaaS), and Bikebeat (Carbon Wheelsets).
Daniel is a visionary leader and a driving force in the development of new products and services. He guides our clients to success in the areas of sales, marketing, and strategy.
