Carsten is the CFO of sdui, former CFO of Emma – The Sleep Company – and Head of Portfolio of finleap. At Emma, Europe’s fastest growing e-commerce mattress startup, Carsten accompanied strategic growth from €3mn to €80mn revenue. At his time at finleap, Carsten was instrumental in developing the portfolio. Currently he supports companies in scaling their organizations.

Simon is a Manager at Venture Advisory Partners. Before joining Venture Advisory Partners, Simon gained valuable Controlling experience at a multinational chemical company. Since joining Venture Advisory Partners in 2022, Simon has successfully advised on multiple M&A deals and fundraisings in E-Commerce and SaaS.

Simon holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics as well as a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Hochschule Koblenz.
