Peter has a background in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, Fundraisings), advising on transactions in a diverse set of industries. During this time, Peter gathered references and experiences at leading advisory firms including Lazard, KPMG and multiple German mid-cap M&A boutiques.
Peter holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Additionally, Peter holds an Executive degree in Venture Finance from University of Oxford Saïd Business School and is pursuing a PhD.
Carsten is a venture finance and scaling expert with profound expertise in startup operations and strategy.
Carsten is the CFO of sdui, former CFO of Emma – The Sleep Company – and Head of Portfolio of finleap. At Emma, Europe’s fastest growing e-commerce mattress startup, Carsten accompanied strategic growth from €3mn to €80mn revenue. At his time at finleap, Carsten was instrumental in developing the portfolio. Currently he supports companies in scaling their organizations.
